Is there food available?

Yes the ticket will include buffet style food, please always state if there are any food allergies or preferences

Can I get a refund if I cant attend?

No. We dont allow refunds due to costs incurred at the meetings. You can always swap to another date. But we ask that you refrain from doing this more than once

Indeed it is! Just ensure you enter your REG number in the machine on the wall in reception on arrival.

What if I cant make the start time on the dot?

Just let us know in advance, we ask that you don't arrive later than 30 min as the session will be well under way after that and we don't wish to interrupt whatever is happening on that days' event.
