IN HIS PRAISE is a time when the saints gather to give God a non-stop intensed Praise & Worship from the spirit & heart.
23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
Worship is not a fast or slow song, Praise is not an up-tempo song or medium groove song but it is the agreement of your heart with the truth of God’s word that you lift up as an offering to the Almighty. No matter how well you sing or the choice of song, worship does not become worship until God responds to it.
When God responds, you have an opportunity to be as Paul says in Phil 3:10 “that I may know him and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of his (presence) Sufferings”. Amplified version says “[For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him, [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power out flowing from His resurrection [which it exerts over believers], and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His death, [in the hope]”.
