About this event

Join Do Lectures Creative Director Mike Coulter, for a masterclass in the skills of successful habit formation.

This fun, fast and fascinating introduction to the amazing Tiny Habits® System will show you how to make long-lasting, positive changes in your life; quickly and permanently.

A hugely undemanding, but super-effective training, that's so easy to apply, it almost seems like stealing ;~}

Deeply researched, empirically validated, the method was developed in the Behaviour Design Lab at Stanford University by legendary Professor BJ Fogg PhD*.

Over a single lunchtime on Friday 29th August, you'll learn everything you need to know about this breakthrough method of behaviour change: Insights, models and methods you can successfully apply to any aspect of your personal and professional life.

For the rest of your life.

Tiny Habits is an easy-to-learn, hard-to-forget system that can improve your performance, productivity and well-being. For good, forever.

(As you can tell this is no ordinary workshop. Because this is no ordinary system.)

Can such a short protocol to build strong new habits work?

Well, over 100,000 people world-wide have already engaged in this powerful and rewarding training.

With a significant majority of them, reporting remarkable long-lasting results ~ thanks to the systematic, easy-to-learn nature of the system.

Some would, and have, gone as far to say that Tiny Habits is a Superpower.

Course Learning Outcomes.

  • Implementing Tiny Habits, you will enable you to grow great big, beautiful, beneficial changes in all areas of your life.
  • Creating new habits doesn't need to be difficult. In fact the easier you make them to do, the more successful you'll be. And the quicker your new habits will form.
  • Emotions create habits. Simplicity changes behaviour. We change best by feeling good. Not by feeling bad.
  • You don’t have to rely on willpower or motivation.
  • The ‘Ripple Effect' often has additional, far-reaching positive impact, on other areas of your life.
  • You can build multiple new habits at the same time.
  • What you learn, you can apply immediately. In both your personal and professional life.

*Where did the Tiny Habits® Method come from?

The Tiny Habits Method of behaviour change was created over a decade ago by legendary Stanford University Professor BJ Fogg PhD.

Recognised as the world's leading expert in changing human behaviour, BJ Fogg is one of the most influential voices in Silicon Valley.

His ground-breaking models and methods of behaviour design are applied in many of the apps, products and services we all use every day.

In 2011 he took what he knew about human behaviour in a professional setting and applied these models and methods into his own life; creating a whole host of positive new habits quickly and effectively.

This was the start of what was to become the Tiny Habits Method, a global phenomenon of personal development.

He even found time along the way to write the New York Times best selling book 'Tiny Habits, The Small Changes that Change Everything'.

(Incidentally, BJ writes about Mike's help with the book's research and includes anecdotes about Mike's own Tiny Habits journey .)
