A gentle stroll through the heart of Great Yarmouth’s historical maritime quarter.
Starting at the Central Library our walk leads us to the Britannia Monument, passing by the medieval Tolhouse, Old Wall, Smoke Houses and Royal Naval Hospital.
From the monument, dedicated to the memory of Norfolk’s greatest military hero, we then head back to the library past the hotel in which Charles Dickens stayed.
This walk is kindly being organised by the Bread Kitchen, Great Yarmouth
