WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that involves conscious control and manipulation of breathing patterns to achieve carious physical, mental and emotional benefits. It's often facilitated in a group setting with a trained practitioner.

Join Danielle Kedward as we dive into the subconcious mind in this transformative & healing breath work journey.

This intimate workshop offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Immerse yourself in a powerful guided breathwork session to release stress and tension and discover a sense of inner calm.

After opening space, Dani will introduce the theme of the pratice and jounraling prompts to prine to subconcious mind, intentions will be shared and an explantation of the breathing patterns will be given. After a demostration of the breath and guidance on safety, you'll lie down comfortably and be guided through 25 minutes of activating breathwork, set to curated music to support your journey within.

Afterwards, you will experience a visiual guided meditation as you sink deep into the subconcious mind.

In combining science and spirtuality, you will activate new neutral pathways in the brain, allowing for intution to speak, clarity to rise and connection to be felt.

A 2 hour session dedicated to nourishing your well-being; your mind, body, and soul through the transformative power of breathwork.

Prepare yourself:

  • Avoid coffee for at least 4 hours before the session.
  • Avoid alcohol and other substances.
  • Eat lightly; an empty stomach is best.
  • Arrive a few minutes early to ground yourself

Matts and bolsters provided.

Please wear loose layers. Socks and an eye covering are also reccommended.

I'll treat everything with strict confidence but it is really important to get in touch before booking or seek guidance from your medical professional as a conscious connected breathwork is a powerful practice that can have some contraindications.

What can I expect during a Breathwork session?

In our session, you will be guided through specific breathing techniques designed to help you access deeper states of relaxation, release tension and explore your inner landscape. Danielle will create a safe and supportive environment for you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

What should I bring to the session?

Mats, props and blankets will be provided but you are of course welcome to bring your own too if you prefer. Please wear loose layers so that your breathing is not restricted. You may also like to bring and eye mask, socks, a notebook/journal and pen.

How long will the event last for?

The Workshop will begin at 10:30 am and finish at 12:30 pm (2hrs)
