Community Peer Mentor Support Programme! This programme is part of Emotional Dysregulation in Autism Charity (E-DA)

Join us at the Exchange and find out more about the launch of our new Community Peer Mentor programme.

At Emotional Dysregulation in Autism, we want to bridge the gap between Autism and Mental Health. Our aim is to create a world where young people are free from self harm and suicidality. We believe autism is something to be celebrated and that through our charity, we can not only help young people be able to cope in life but thrive. We want to help young autistic people stay in community and prevent mental and medical health admissions. The Community Peer Mentor Programme has a dual purpose: mentoring young autistic people and social action. Our lived experience peer mentors will use their own experience and extensive training to help young people develop skills and tools to improve their lives. Social Action is incredibly important to us at E-DA. We want to create awareness of issues that face the autistic commmunity and work with wider community to create a kinder society for neurodivergent young people.
