Class fee £6 / free with membership

10 minute breathing meditation ¦ 15 minute positive thought for the day ¦ 15 minute guided meditation

When the turbulence of our mental busyness subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arise from within

Discover the power of meditation to bring inner peace and contentment. Each session will have two guided meditations and a talk.

Week 1 – Inner peace - June 10th @ 7.30pm

Week 2 – Pure light - June 17 @ 7.30pm

Week 3 – Inspiration - June 24th @ 7.30pm

Week 4 – Joy - from July 1st @ 7.30pm

COVID INFO:

  • pre-booking is essential
  • Please arrive for the class no later than 6.55pm (we cannot admit late arrivals)
  • You will need to wear a mask at the centre and in the meditation room
  • We are unable to provide refreshments after the class
  • Class fee is non-refundable
  • Please do not attend if you have COVID symptoms

Reading Kadampa Meditation Centre
 is a Centre for meditation and modern Buddhism based in Reading, Berkshire and offers everyone the opportunity to develop lasting inner peace through meditation.

 

Meditation and mindfulness courses are held in ReadingMaidenhead, Windsor and Beaconsfield. The Centre and its activities are open to everyone. You do not have to be Buddhist to take part in the classes or courses run by us to benefit from them.

We offer a wide range of classes, courses, events and retreats on meditation, mindfulness and modern Buddhism for all levels from complete beginners to more experienced meditators. Drop-in classes with guided meditations give the opportunity to learn meditation techniques to develop a calm and peaceful mind. Discover the holistic healing power of meditation for inner peace, health and happiness. Make time for a meaningful space in your day, find new things to do and enjoy meeting new people.
