Politics to Save the Planet by Patchwork Foundation will look at the climate crisis specifically through a political and international lens. We will have a number of keynote speakers, including climate activists and experts, who will focus on how young people can use politics to create meaningful change and combat the climate crisis. Join us to gain a toolkit to translate your passion for sustainability campaigns into impactful policy change.

Alongside speakers, attendees will receive training from the Patchwork Foundation on how to create change at a political level. There will also be the opportunity for attendees to share their own experiences and projects, and to network with fellow climate activists.

The event will be especially aimed towards young people aged 18-30 years old, but anyone is welcome to join!

About the Patchwork Foundation

Founded in 2012, the Patchwork Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that creates opportunities for underrepresented and underserved communities within British society to engage actively with politics and democracy, with the aim of producing active members of civil society. We run several programmes and initiatives aimed at young people (18-30 years old) in order to provide them with the skills, experience and opportunity to become active members of wider society and politics. Through the programmes we seek to create individuals who are not only able to change their lives but also the people around them in their communities.
