2.30pm: Welcome, introductions and Bookmark Bingo ice breaker with Juanita and Shabir from Early Help (all attendees)

2.45 to 2.50pm: Introduction to Wellbeing Cafe from Barbora Ertlova from Social Prescribing (all attendees)

2.50 to 3.10pm: Guide to Thresholds for volunteers, by Maeve and Caoimhe from Early Help (all attendees)

3.10 to 3.30pm: start of workshops (four workshops for attendees to choose between, lasting 20 mins each)
