Online Self-Esteem Course: Girls Y10-12 Wednesdays 4-5.30pm (8 sessions)

I’m The Girl I Want To Be will help you to learn about how valuable you are and help you to grow in your self-esteem. As a group you will be able to share opinions and talk about all the issues that affect and interest us every day... self-esteem, relationships, media, fashion, sex, being single, our dreams for the future, feeling great about ourselves and lots more.

To do this course you must live in SHEFFIELD (UK) and be in Year 10 - Year 12. (if you are in another year group, up to Year 13 then look out for more courses to come!) Sessions are for 1hr 30mins for 8 weeks.

WHERE?

This course will take place ONLINE on ZOOM.

(ZOOM is an online service which allows us to have a group chat and can be downloaded for FREE. We suggest you use a computer to access Zoom so you can see both the whole group and our digital resources clearly.)

There is no charge for this course because we want to make sure that every young person can get the support they need. However, if you feel that you are able to make a donation to Golddigger Trust, we'd be very grateful. Golddigger Trust is a charity and relies on the generous donations of individuals and grant makers to fund the work that we do.

The value of this course is £150 and has been subsidised by Children in Need but any donations to help Golddigger Trust to support more young people in the future would be gratefully received.
