You're invited to join us at a FREE pop-up yoga class to celebrate our Positive Moveology programme.
Positive Moveology is how we're moving more and feeling better in 2021!
It's a great community of people and a comfortable space to be held accountable for the goals you set for yourself.
Whether you are already part of the programme, want to hear more about it or just fancy some free yoga, join us at this gentle yoga session (suitable for beginners).

What to Wear
Workout wear or a top and bottoms that are comfortable to move in.
What to Bring
Mats will be provided but you might want to bring a cushion or a small blanket for added comfort (optional)
