• Know how many units are in the drinks that you drink
• Be able to calculate when you are alcohol free
• Understand how alcohol affects the skills required for safe driving
• Be able to identify risky driving behaviour and understand how alcohol can make the situation worse
• Have a knowledge of alternatives to drinking and driving and things to be considered
• Have some understanding of the legal processes, including the sentencing guidelines
• Be able to identify the consequences of drinking and driving
• Know what a high risk offender is
• Have a basic knowledge around drug driving
