We’re back – and for our national event 2025 we’re warmly inviting you to attend, in-person!

Join us at The Social Hub in Glasgow on 7 October, for a morning of looking to the future

  • What can emerging technology do for community justice?
  • Should AI make us feel hopeful, scared, or both?
  • Will it compromise or enhance our human rights?
  • Can AI help us create a safer, fairer justice system for all?

With keynote contributions from Baroness Shami Chakrabarti CBE PC - human rights lawyer, campaigner, former Director of Liberty and Shadow Attorney General, and author of new book Human Rights: The Case for the Defence – and Dr Susie Alegre - international human rights and digital rights barrister, Senior Fellow at Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI), and author of Human Rights, Robot Wrongs: Being Human in the Age of AI - and other guests to be announced, it’s sure to be an informative and thought-provoking event.

Please note:

  • The event will start at 09:30am - with arrival from 9am
