Taking a walk around the historic town of Newport that grew up around the minster covering at least 1,000 years of history over two miles!

Length of walk: 2 miles (approx 1.5 hours)

Start Location: South Street/Furrlongs roundabout adjacent to Cineworld, PO30 2TA, grid reference - SZ 50244 89060.

Finish Location: Newport Minster Cafe, PO30 1SQ grid reference- SZ499891.

Pace of Walk: Gentle - This walk follows a gentle pace.

Walk grade: Easy - Mainly flat walking, on paths with good surfaces. No stiles, none or few steps.

Suitable for a person with restricted walking ability and for those that may need to use a wheelchair some of the time.
