In the Wake of Healing: Book Pre-Launch Workshop.
Overview
Description
Join Sana for a 1.5-hour reflective and compassionate workshop exploring grief, emotional pain, and the silent wounds we carry when deep connections shift, fade, or are lost. Inspired by her book In the Wake of Healing, this workshop draws on Sana’s lived experience of loss and the emotional struggle that follows when the bonds we once held close begin to change.
Sana will share moments of pain, reflection, and transformation that shaped her journey toward healing and self-recovery. Through storytelling, guided reflection, and restorative practices, participants will be invited to:
Relate: Connect with shared experiences of love, loss, and emotional struggle.
Reflect: Explore their own responses to change, grief, and inner wounding.
Practice: Learn grounding tools for daily healing, mindfulness, journaling, self-compassion, and seeking support.
This workshop offers a safe, nurturing space to explore the emotions that surface when love transforms or ends, helping you rediscover balance, strength, and hope in your own process of healing.
This is a reflective and therapeutic space to explore grief, emotional healing, and rediscovery after loss. To maintain a supportive and intimate setting, places are limited.
Why Attend?
This is more than a workshop, it’s a space for reflection, gentle healing, and reconnection. If you’re navigating emotional pain or loss, or simply want to understand your own healing process more deeply, this space is for you.
