Description

Registration page for consumers and whānau

In the Hawke's Bay health sector we take great pride in the quality of care we provide. We know we don’t get it right all the time, and there is room for improvement. Our aim is to provide our consumers and their whānau and all our communities with consistently safe, compassionate, high quality care across all our services. We need your help to do this.

‘The BIG LISTEN’ is a programme that involves consumers, whānau, staff and leaders in designing the experience they would like within the Hawke's Bay health sector.

We want to listen to your experiences of care at 'In Your Shoes' listening events, to help us understand how we can improve for our consumers and your whānau.

  • There will be around 30 consumers and whānau and 30 staff and colleagues in each session
  • Each session is 2 hours long
  • At the session you will be paired with staff who will listen to you talk about your experiences in our care in detail
  • We will then explore the common themes in people's experiences across the group
  • Your feedback will be completely confidential

To take part and share your experiences with us, please register to attend one of the following sessions using the 'register' button (top right):

  • Tuesday 26th September, 6.00pm - 8.00pm, Hastings
  • Wednesday 27th September, 1.30pm - 3.30pm, Wairoa
  • Thursday 28th September, 12.30pm - 2.30pm, Napier

Please order a ticket for each person who is attending.

Do you require any assistance to support you attending this session? For example: interpreting services, hearing assistance, wheelchair accessibility. Please let us know in the registration form, so that we can support you on the day.
