David Williams is Professor in the Department of Politics and International Relaitons, Queen Mary University London. His books include Liberalism in Time: A History (McGill Queen's University Press, 2025) and Progress, Pluralism and Politics: Liberalims and Colonialism, Past and Present (McGill Queen's University Press, 2020).
