Overview

A Zoah Roundtable for ERG Leaders 27th Feb 2026 | 12–1pm GMT | Online

AI is already reshaping the workplace but adoption isn’t just a technology challenge.
It’s a human one.

For many employees, AI brings up fear, uncertainty, identity threat, bias concerns and questions around fairness, access and inclusion. These unspoken reactions often sit beneath resistance, disengagement or uneven uptake across organisations.

This invite-only, mindset-first roundtable is designed specifically for ERG leaders who are navigating how AI intersects with inclusion, belonging and equity in their organisations.

Rather than focusing on tools or technical capability, this conversation centres on how people think and feel about AI and why that matters.

🔍 What we’ll explore together

  • How bias (human and systemic) shows up in AI adoption
  • The emotions beneath resistance fear, threat, imposter syndrome and uncertainty
  • Why inclusion needs to be part of AI conversations from the start, not added later
  • How ERGs can influence AI adoption in ways that feel human, fair and psychologically safe

This session is reflective, honest and discussion-led, not a lecture or masterclass.

🧠 Zoah’s mindset-first approach

At Zoah, we work from a simple belief:
Behaviour doesn’t change without mindset change.

AI adoption succeeds (or fails) based on the stories people tell themselves, the emotions those stories create, and the behaviours that follow. This roundtable creates space to surface those stories and shift them.

👥 Who this is for

  • ERG leads and co-chairs
  • DEI and inclusion practitioners
  • People leaders supporting underrepresented groups
  • Professionals shaping inclusive workplace culture

🗣 Format

  • Small, curated group (to allow real conversation)
  • Facilitated discussion with guiding questions
  • Cross-industry perspectives
  • Safe, reflective, and practical

🌱 What this often leads to

Many ERG leaders leave this session wanting to take the conversation further in their organisations. Common next steps include:

  • AI Resistance Mindset Workshops
  • Inclusive Mindset in the Age of AI sessions for ERGs or wider teams

There’s no pressure, just pathways if and when it feels right.
