A key part of fostering inclusion is understanding how allyship drives change—by increasing awareness, confidence, and action around equity and belonging. This programme explores how language, behaviour, and conversations contribute to building inclusive environments and how we can each challenge exclusion in constructive, courageous ways.
Delivery over four weeks includes:
- Week 1: Onboarding virtual session with an inclusion expert to introduce allyship and set the foundation.
- Weeks 2 & 3: Guided learning through videos, workbook activities, and weekly buddy discussions focusing on inclusive language and courageous conversations.
- Week 4: Final virtual session to reflect, share the Inclusion Allies Pledge, and celebrate progress.
The whole programme will take around four hours to complete, including the virtual sessions.
