Inclusive Approaches to hosting Workplace Experiences (for Employers)

This online workshop is being delivered by IncludED Careers - Careers Without Barriers. It can be attended as a standalone workshop or as a follow-on after attending one of our ‘SEND awareness sessions’. It is aimed at Employers/Businesses/Organsiations who are hosting work experience placements, visits or events. Participants can expect to:  

• have a refreshed or introductory understanding of SEND/Neurodiversity/Anxiety based conditions   

• have an increased understanding of the Equalex framework and how it can be used to deliver ‘Modern Work Experience’ for young people with different needs.   

• have explored a range of ideas, innovative approaches, and adaptations to consider when planning an inclusive experience of the workplace.
