About this event

Inclusive Leadership is one of JO’s priorities for this year and is part of our response to things staff told us in 2021 People Survey. This priority sits as part of the JO’s wider work within our Inclusion theme, which draws together a wide range of activities supporting a diverse and inclusive Judicial Office.

This Inclusive Leadership for Managers session will explore your current leadership styles, reflect on your individual and diverse leadership journeys, and think about the ways we can continue and maximise our positive leadership impact. Looking at who you are as an inclusive leader, can improve team performance, morale, and innovation.

This event will be delivered by the volunteer group established to further the Inclusive Leadership workstream: Sophia Haughton (Senior HR Business Partner), Gary O'Leary (Senior HR Advisor), Naia Martin (HR Advisor) and Ross Bevan (Training and Policy Lawyer).
