Physical activity for children with a disability and/or special educational needs

About this event

The Huddersfield Town Foundation is delighted to introduce a brand new term-time activity session for children between the ages of eight and 18 with a disability and/or special educational needs!

Starting on Wednesday 19 January, the session will then take place every Wednesday 5pm - 6pm thereafter.

Participants will be given the opportunity to influence which sports they play, and the programme will also include workshops on key topics like employability, first aid and resilience.

The programme is completely free to attend, and participants are more than welcome to bring along their carer or support worker as well, if they have one.

Location: Dewsbury Sports Centre, WF12 8EN

All Huddersfield Town Foundation coaches are:

- Fully FA qualified

- Child Safeguarding and Emergency First Aid certified

- Fully DBS/CRB checked
