Transform How You Attract, Select, and Retain Diverse Talent

  • Seeking to reach beyond the “typical shortlist”?
  • Looking to increase the reach and accessibility of your roles?
  • Struggling to reach underrepresented groups of talented individuals?

This interactive, practice-based workshop cuts through the myths and habits of recruitment to give you inclusive tools that work. In just one half-day session, you will move from traditional approaches to confident, bias-aware practices that open doors, widen talent pools, and strengthen your organisation’s future.

What Makes This Different?

This isn’t just a classroom lecture, it’s real, hands-on change. You will work with peers to test inclusive recruitment methods, rewrite job adverts, and challenge unconscious bias. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with practical recruitment tools ready to implement immediately.

Who Is the Training For?

  • Experienced hiring managers looking to innovate their recruitment processes
  • New managers looking to develop recruitment and hiring skills
  • Charity leaders with recruitment on the agenda

What’s Included

  • Half-day workshop – A practical, interactive session in Leeds city centre with peers from across the sector
  • Lunch – Plus a chance to network with sector colleagues (12.45-1pm)
  • Complete resource pack – Templates, checklists, and inclusive language guides to use straight away
  • Follow-up session (90 days) – Online check-in to track progress and share lessons learned

Why This Investment Matters

Your organisation’s success depends on who you hire, and how you hire them. Research shows inclusive recruitment delivers stronger teams, greater innovation, and better performance. With increasing scrutiny on diversity and representation, this workshop gives you the tools to build processes that are both fair and future-focused.

Inclusive recruitment is not just the right thing to do, it’s a competitive advantage that drives stronger performance, innovation, and organisational resilience.
