This webinar provides guidance on how to make your recruitment process as inclusive as possible.
About this event
Diverse teams are key to better organisational performance, as they are more resilient to change, more creative and dynamic and therefore, better able to outperform competitors.
Bias and prejudices can seep into the key area of recruitment. Many of us are still unaware of the different ways biases can impact every stage of the recruitment process, including interviews, stopping us from making rational and fair decisions.
Join Spot The Gap founder, Alex Marshall, for this informational webinar, which includes:
- Types of common bias in the recruitment and interview process.
- An awareness of the power of assumption, association and preference to impact recruitment decisions.
- Practical checklist on how to design an inclusive recruitment process across the key areas (advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and job offers).
The webinar is informational in format and includes time for Q&A.
Please note this webinar does not include formal unconscious bias training.
