Organiser The Bartlett Vice-Dean Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Organiser of Inclusive Spaces: Visibility, Inclusivity and Allyship in Built Environment

The overall goal of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in The Bartlett is to eliminate unjust social hierarchy based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age and their intersections. This requires being attentive to relationships of power between and amongst staff and students, particularly where this produces discriminatory behaviour (consciously or unconsciously), and taking remedial action to address historic and institutionalized injustices. We intend to make EDI a lived experience in The Bartlett. Attaining our goal will foster a positive cultural climate where all can flourish.
