Come join us at Foundry Eastbourne for an evening session filled with engaging discussions about diversity, equality, and acceptance. This event is all about creating a safe space for open dialogue, structured discussion and sharing experiences.
The event will be in the form of a structured discussion hosted by Nicola Andie Petfield of Translucent.org.uk, a leading Trans and Non-Binary Advocay organisation.
The discussion is primaraily aimed at buisness owners and employees to give an insight and introduction into opportunities and challenges of LGBTQ+ diveristy in the work place.
The discussion will cover aspects such as:
History, Terminology, Facts and Stats, Legal update, What you can do, plus questions.
The event intends to enable positive, informative and inclusive conversation in a safe and friendly environment.
