Inova Consultancy is bringing you this free event which is aimed at businesses, entrepreneurs and organisations interested in inclusivity. It explores the benefits of encouraging inclusivity and a diverse workforce.

The event will explore case studies to investigate stereotypical thinking and explore inclusive solutions. Themes may include unconscious bias and the psychology of othering and explore challenges for managing people in organisations.

COVID-19 has created additional challenges and new anxieties for some people which organisations need to plan for.

In this session you will:

Look at the psychology of othering
Learn about the use of language about how we present organisational challenges.
Explore how to promote more diverse voices and experiences
