Session One: Equality and Diversity from the Heart

Tuesday 2nd February 2021, 6.30 - 8. 30 pm

What would our world look like if we could see the heart of every person who sat before us?

Join Sister of Avalon Jade Dalton-Roome for an introductory two-hour zoom session on Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity. Learn how it impacts your life as a facilitator, assistant, mellisae and participant of Goddess relating work, as well as how to bring it into your daily life with mindfulness and empowerment.

This is an informative and interactive workshop to help deepen your knowledge of Inclusivity as well as giving you practical applications to build it into your own lives, and training. You will have the opportunity to ask questions on the topics discussed, as well as being a part of a non-judgemental and confidential sharing circle.

Topics will include:

- Equality and Diversity Laws and Policy

- Who are the protected minority groups, and how can we include them?

- The difference between stereotyping, bias, and baggage, and how it affects our daily lives

- What is discrimination and how to spot it?

Session Two: The limitations of Gender

Tuesday 16th February 2021, 6.30 - 8.30 pm

Do you remember the first time you noticed being limited by your gender?

In this two-hour zoom session you will touch upon the limitations of the patriarchal 'two-gender' theory, and how it has created a toxic environment for every gender expression to exist. We will be diving into the biological, sociological, psychological, and spiritual applications of gender, as well as looking into the limitations we have faced in our own lives.

You will be asked to make a commitment to owning your triggers around gender language, as this is a topic that can cause frustration, fear, and pain on a very deep level. There will be a longer sharing circle to witness and hold each other, as we discuss ways of moving beyond our conditioned and/or past views on gender. The sharing circle is confidential and non-judgemental.

Topics will include:

- The biological and psychological view on gender

- The sociological and nature-based view on gender

- The spiritual and Goddess centered view on gender

- Shadow working with the trigger words in the gender 'debate'

Session Three: Goddess and Inclusivity

Tuesday 2nd March 2021, 6.30 - 8. 30 pm

How do we as Goddess loving people become ambassadors in Inclusivity?

In this final two-hour zoom session you will be asked to see where Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity fits into your work as a Goddess loving person, and how you wish to move forward into creating an open and inclusivity-focused community.

With a focus on open communication, conflict management techniques, and gender expression, the session will look at how we can create kinder, fairer and balanced spaces for all who are called to work with the Goddess. In addition we will touch on bringing Goddess and feminism into an inclusive world without dulling or watering down our vision of Goddess centered spirituality. There is an art to balancing the both, and you will be given the opportunity to discuss concerns, and come up with the solutions to making it a reality.

There will be a longer sharing circle, as well as break out groups to discuss specific ideas/concerns, this will be a confidential and judgement free space.

Topic will include:

- Conflict Resolution techniques

- Open communication/Open listening techniques

- How Feminism and Inclusivity go hand in hand

- Creating Inclusive Goddess spaces for all gender expressions

Each session will be held on Zoom

Per session price is £18
