In association with the University of Central Lancashire's Inclusivity Week, the university and UCLan Students' Union are hosting an evening of discussion and comedy with comedian Bethany Black.
Bethany Black has been a professional stand-up comedian since 2004. Over the course of her career she has performed alongside some of the biggest names in Comedy, including Alan Carr, Sarah Millican, Tim Minchin and Rhys Darby. In 2015 she was cast as Helen in Russell T Davies multi channel shows CUCUMBER, BANANA and TOFU where she was the first trans actress to play a leading role.
Bethany performed her show (EXTRA)ORDINARY at the 2016 Edinburgh Festival.
Event Schedule:
- 5pm: doors open with buffet food available
- 6pm: Discussion Panel
- 6.30pm: Bethany Black
- 7.30pm: Q&A with Bethany
There will also be a cash only bar open.
