Using the correct Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF) is an essential part of any international trade contract. When goods are shipped in international markets the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Incoterm defines clearly for both the seller and the buyer which party is responsible for the costs, risks, delivery and obligations for the goods during their transit. The current set of revisions was published in 2000 and the new set of revised terms was launched on 1st January 2011.
This course contributes to 1 module of the Foundation Award - Incoterms.
