This course is for anyone who would like to increase their confidence for living a fuller life. Confidence comes from feelings of well-being and belief in your own ability, skills and experience. Confidence is not something that can be learned like a set of rules; confidence is a healthy state of mind.
You will learn how to:
- practice positive thinking
- build on personal strengths
- plan and prepare for new situations
- be more assertive
