The Gallup Employee Engagement survey highlights that Engaged Employees make a different to the bottom line. But how do you engage employees? How do you find and use individual strengths? How do you best manage people?
This session will start by looking at engagement, why it matters, and how to increase it, using Belbin Team Roles as an illustration
Employee Engagement IS crucial to the long-term competitive advantage of an organisation. Increasing employee engagement doesn't have to be complicated. By the end of the session delegates with have an understanding of how to start on the journey of engagement
Speaker: Jo Keeler
As Managing Partner of Belbin UK, Jo is responsible for managing strategic and operational activities and building the Belbin brand both in the UK and worldwide. In addition to these responsibilities, Jo works closely with Meredith Belbin and acts as his general sounding board. Jo is passionate about taking Belbin out of the classroom and in to the tool bag of trainers and managers. She lectures world-wide on the importance of understanding and using individuals strengths and weaknesses in the work place, and has also discussed and talked about the practical side of Belbin at CIPD branch events.
Times: 6.30pm for 7pm until 8pm
Tea and coffee at the start and buffet at the end for extra networking.
