This course is aimed to train and support you with practical strategies, tools, and tactics to bolster mental, emotional and physical resilience.

Now more than ever, we need to develop our resilience as we face these extraordinary challenges during this pandemic. Resilience is a set of skills and strength that helps us deal with difficult times. It is about the ability to recover and bounce back from adversity and hardships. The beauty of resilience is the feeling of becoming stronger and more capable to cope than ever before.

    • Anxiety and its impact on resilience
    • Actions to take to improve resilience

    At the end of the training, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from us at Bespoke Consultancy & Education Limited.

    Delivery Method:

    This is free and it is fully online session delivered via Microsoft Teams. Please ensure you have Microsoft Teams set up on your device prior to your selected training date and time.

    • Her background in managing and delivering Health and Social Care in an outstanding setting, supporting learners of all ages and levels to follow their potential and achieve their goals. She is also an experienced and qualified Therapist specialised in domestic abuse, depression, and anxiety where she worked alongside charity organisations as well as private practice.
