Increasing Self-Esteem - Parent & Child Session (6-16 yrs)

When children and young people have low self-esteem it influences their decisions, friendships, online behaviour, social interaction and reactions to family members. It is so important to help children increase their level of self-esteem and feel positive about themselves. This allows them greater freedom in decision making and the ability to try new things and embrace new opportunities.

This is a face-to-face workshop.

Please arrive on time for a prompt start. PLEASE ENTER VIA THE SIDE DOOR IN THE CARPARK. THE WORKSHOP IS IN THE MAIN HALL ON THE GROUND FLOOR.

You can park in the car park at the back of the venue and the surrounding streets.
