Independent Practitioners Group - HR Community Forum

We all know that navigating our current landscape can be tricky at the best of times, and now more than ever is a time to share concerns or challenges in a safe and supportive space.

Have you come up against an issue that even Google doesn’t have the answer to?

Perhaps you are considering entering the world of an independent HR practitioner but are not sure where to start?

If so, this is the session for you!

Come along to our interactive, informal HR Community Forum with an issue, or challenge you would like support with from your peers, and let’s bounce ideas around together, exchange views, and make your next steps a little clearer.

In this 1-hour session there will be time for:

• Introductions, check-in, and an opportunity to exchange contact details with your peers
• 1st breakout session in smaller groups to share and exchange views on the first topic
• Regroup and reflect as a wider group
• 2nd breakout session in smaller groups to discuss the second topic
• General reflections as a group before we close

During the session you will have the benefit of peer coaching and will gain new perspectives in a friendly and safe environment.
