Running your own business can be rewarding, fun and challenging. It’s easy to keep going when things are on track and running smoothly, but occasionally the universe throws a curve ball at us or things start to look a bit bleak. What do you do when the future seems a bit daunting? It’s then that you need the personal resources to be able to cope.
This interactive session will introduce various strategies to enable you to develop your ability to bounce back from some of life’s more challenging moments. You will have the chance to explore and practise some tools which will give you options in the future for how you deal with whatever life and business throws at you.
Fiona Robson had been running her own L&D Consultancy, Up Front Training and Coaching, for over 10 years and during that time has had moments when her bounce-back-ability was really needed. She works with a variety of organisations, specialising in providing development for first line managers, through group workshops and one-to-one coaching. Diverse projects have included working with Fire and Rescue Services and Local Authorities, as well as private sector organisations in the FMCG, Financial Services and Construction sectors. Fiona is accredited to use the EQi2.0 and EQ360 Emotional Intelligence diagnostics, as well as Everything DiSC and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team assessment tools.
