When did you last take a holistic review of the core elements of your business? All too often, we’re too busy working in our business to step back and take a look at whether our business is truly firing on all cylinders. Often it’s only when something goes wrong or becomes particularly painful that we reactively address it….and this takes valuable time and incurs cost. This practical deep dive will equip you with a simple framework to achieve this…as well as provide an opportunity to meet and share learnings with fellow self-employed HR & L&D colleagues…there’ll also be a bit of fun along the way!

Louise Gordon from Louise Gordon Consultancy Limited will be leading the session on operating models. Louise has spent her career in HR, now specialising in driving sustainable business change. For the last 5 years Louise has supported large scale acquisitions/business transformations working in the Organisation Design space. Louise will be sharing some of her experiences as well as focusing us on our own individual business models.

Workshop timing:

Delegates should arrive at 09:30 for coffee and networking. The event will run from 10:00 to 12:30, when a sandwich lunch will be provided. Please note that the meeting room is on the first floor and has to be accessed by stairs.
