Camb Event's and Inder's Kitchen are back - this time we're popping-up together at Co. in Cherry Hinton.
Chef Inder will prepare a traditional Gujarat (Western Indian) Thali in the Co. kitchen. Gujarati cuisine is primarily vegetarian and believed to be the healthiest in India.
Meanwhile Jamie (who has already tasted the menu alongside a range of wines) will be on-hand during the evening, to answer questions about the paired wine menu.
We know every palate is unique, so you can confidently choose your flight of three paired wines, from wines specifically chosen to compliment the evening's cuisine.
This Popup combines healthy and authentic Indian dishes, alongside perfectly paired wines. A truly unique taste sensation. On the night you can sit back in the unique atmosphere at Co. and enjoy a flight of paired wine alongside a Thali platter.
This Thali & Wines Popup is £42.50 per person - here's the breakdown:
- A welcome glass of Prosecco and Indian canapés (£10 per head, paid via eventbrite)
- Four dish Thali Platter, plus dessert, and a flight of three paired wines (£32.50 per head, paid on the night via cash or paypal)
We do just one seating for the evening, so when you book the table, it’s yours for the evening, until we close at 10:15pm.
Choose a table to suit your group-size (2, 4, 6, 8) and reserve your now for our ‘Thali & Wines’ Popup, which takes place at Co. on Friday April 21 at 7:30PM.
