India @ 70: LSE India Summit 2017

India @ 70, presented by Apollo Tyres Ltd and curated by the LSE South Asia Centre, is a global platform to debate contemporary India's power on the international stage.
The 3-day Summit will feature 4 panels:
Corporate Social Responsibility chaired by Professor Harry Barkema (LSE)
Water Security, chaired by Professor Amita Baviskar (Delhi University)
India's Emergence as a Global Power chaired by Suhasini Haidar (The Hindu).
Citizenship and the Constituition of India chaired by Dr Mukulika Banerjee (LSE).
In addition, there will be:
A 'Memories of Partition' exhibition in collaboration with The Partition Museum Project
A Masterclass on Quantitative Data and Analysis (for students)
Speakers include LSE academics and experts from within India and abroad, and across sectors from government officers to business and community leaders. In seeking this collaborative model, the South Asia Centre hopes to bring the best academic expertise from across the world to a single platform.
