If you love Indian food - or want to cook it for the family - come along to our special course, where you will prepare and cook a variety of tasty dishes to take home with you.
You will be making to take home with you -
Mughlai Chicken - (mild curry)
Vegetable Rogan Josh - (medium)
How will I be assessed?
There are no assessment criteria - just observe, have a go and enjoy!
Are there any additional costs or specialist equipment required?
The workshop includes all ingredients - with lots of hints and tips thrown in.
The cost is £70 per person including lunch.
The course runs from 9.00am to 2.30pm
N.B. You will need to disclose any applicable medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in this course.
