Indian Head Massage is an ancient therapeutic treatment that has been practiced in India for thousands of years, and is incredibly relaxing. Part of the Hindu health care practice of Ayurveda, Indian head massage focuses on the head, neck, shoulders and arms. It is deeply relaxing using a variety of pressure and techniques that tap into your seven paths of energy and encourage healing, balance and complete relaxation in your whole body.
As a treatment, Indian Head Massage can help to disperse toxins, release tension in the muscles, reduce physical and mental stress and improve blood flow to the brain. It provides an effective and simple way to clear areas of negativity and rebalance energies which may have become unbalanced due to stress, poor diet, or a build up of toxins, all symptoms that can be created with modern living. This treatment also includes a face massage using acupressure points.
