Description
With so many vegetarians, either culturally, idealogically or functionally, dishes and ingredients from the subcontinent are an obvious starting point for a vegan diet. This is a chance to explore some of the spices and recipes from India itself as well as surrounding lands and regions, but also some dishes that have developed here in the UK from Indian influences and cooks.
For this workshop we'll pick some flavours and techniques to explore, tasting and trying as we go along! You'll get inspiration, a chance to experiment, and some recipes to take away with you. The dishes may not be 100% authentic, but will be 100% vegan.
It'll be fun and hands-on, in our dedicated teaching kitchen with up to 12 participants, refreshments provided.
