About this Event
India is heaven for vegetarians, so it comes as no great surprise then, that our recipes in this class are chock-full of flavour, we are sure everyone at the table will be reaching for seconds!
In this class we will use traditional Indian spices alongside garlic and ginger pastes to create super-savoury vegetarian dishes bursting with flavour, perfect for cold winter evenings.
Good Housekeeping Triple Tested recipes include: Mutter Paneer curry in a rich tomato-based sauce; earthy and warming Dhal Soup with Cauliflower Rice; aromatic Cauliflower and Green Bean Biryani.
To ensure quality learning, we keep all our classes to a maximum of 10 participants.
The course includes practical tuition from our trusted GHI chef tutors, recipes and ingredients, plus refreshments.
Aprons and cooking equipment are provided for you to use on the day. All food produced during the course is yours to take home.
