Event description

Description

Ahead of the Micheln guide 2017 UK being released, we wanted to ask the question 'Is Michelin relevant?'.

Are stars still the aim of the game, are there better ways in judging and ranking restaurants, what does a star (or two, or three) really mean?

We want to host a positive, engaged discussion around how we award excellence in this industry and what expectations do chefs, restauranteurs, Front of House and guests have around these awards?

6pm - Door open

6.30pm - panel discussion

7.15pm - Q&A

Panelists:

Chantelle Nicholson | Group Operations Director for Marcus Wareing Restaurants and Chef Patron at Tredwells by Marcus Wareing
