Notice: This Event has been postponed, due to reasons beyond our control. However, it will be rescheduled to January 2018. The exact date will be confirmed very soon.

The small print: 

It is expected that this event will be at capacity so therefore please register for this event if you plan to attend. Unregistered attendees risk being turned away on the day.

Name badges will be printed according to the information that is entered on the registration screen. Please ensure you use proper case. If you are registering for other people please enter their full details otherwise they will not have name badges or be on the entry list and therefore may also not be able to enter.

If you need to cancel, please do this asap by contacting the organiser so that your ticket can be released to someone else. A charge of £75 plus VAT applies to all free tickets cancelled on or after 3rd November 2017 (within two weeks prior to the event).

Paid tickets are non-refundable but are freely transferable. Tickets are transferable as long as the new ticket holder meets the ticket criteria. If you wish to transfer your ticket, the organiser must be notified prior to the event.
