Morgana Marie an ADHD-autistic, neurodivergent, and deeply sensitive yoga guide knows firsthand how challenging traditional wellness spaces can feel for those of us who experience the world differently. Her own journey with yoga began as a way to find grounding in an often-overwhelming sensory landscape, and it has grown into a passion for making yoga truly accessible for all beings.
This gentle, sensory-aware workshop is an act of self-love a time to slow down, soften, and tend to yourself with kindness. Blending soothing yoga, mindful movement, and nurturing energy healing, we’ll create space for you to reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and refill your inner well.
Designed especially for sensitive, empathic, and neurodivergent folks, we move at an unhurried pace, offering plenty of options, breaks, and supportive guidance. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your own needs whether that means resting, moving slowly, or exploring gentle stretches always with compassion as your guide.
Through grounding breathwork, restorative postures, and energy-balancing practices, you’ll be gently guided into a space of ease, release, and inner spaciousness. No prior experience is required just a willingness to arrive with an open heart.
