Exploration of the role of food and nutrition in the management of chronic pain and inflammatory health conditions

About this Event

Do you struggle with inflammation and chronic pain that is stopping you living life to the full? Would you like to understand how the food you eat can influence pain and inflammatory health conditions?

Your diet can have a powerful effect when it comes to mediating the inflammatory response. Certain foods have been shown to ease inflammation while others can make things worse. Nutrient insufficiencies can also play a part. Taking control of your diet can be an effective way to reduce inflammation and relieve pain.

In this workshop registered nutritional therapist, Anita Beardsley, will explore the complexities of an anti-inflammatory diet and provide information on key nutrients to consider. Lots of tips, resources and recipes will be provided to support and inspire.

Nothing will change, you will still learn the same and you will receive all of the same resources, recipes and tips. I will create a closed facebook group for all attendees to support each other going forward.
