The Influencing Styles Profiler (ISP) is the perfect choice for supporting people to develop, flex and leverage the full range of influence styles and strategies to enhance communication, influence and impact. The development report provides insight into where a person is focusing their effort, including the degree of situational flexibility they currently demonstrate. It provides targeted development guidance on how to develop and apply each of the influencing styles, including guided reflections and action planning. Typical applications of the ISP include learning needs assessment, personal development, leadership development, coaching, team building, careers counselling, and team / organisational analysis and development.
