About the Accreditation Programme
The peoplewise Influencing Styles Profiler (ISP) is a globally validated assessment that defines four influencing styles (Persuade, Direct, Bridge and Energise) and identifies a person’s dominant or preferred influencing styles based on how they typically behave when trying to influence others, with reported results normed against a global population. It is based on extensive academic & practitioner research exploring influence and personal impact in the workplace.
The Influencing Styles Profiler (ISP) is the perfect choice for supporting people to develop, flex and leverage the full range of influence styles and strategies to enhance communication, influence and impact. The development report provides insight into where a person is focusing their effort, including the degree of situational flexibility they currently demonstrate. It provides targeted development guidance on how to develop and apply each of the influencing styles, including guided reflections and action planning. Typical applications of the ISP include learning needs assessment, personal development, leadership development, coaching, team building, careers counselling, and team / organisational analysis and development.
