Do I need to do anything to prepare?

Nope. But do be seated comfortably, have your video device on a stable surface so you don't have to hold it, and cameras ON please.

What if I feel overwhelmed?

The taster will be gentle so very unlikely to be overwhelmed. During the actual program, should you sign up, I will hold the space for you as you go through your process and I'm skilled to make sure you're not overwhelmed, but nonetheless should it happen I have the tools to help bring you calm.

Do I have to share my personal story?

Not at all. We may not speak about a personal story at all. Instead, we will work on co-regulation as a group through the body sensations alone. Although, a personal story may be shared and that's ok, we will hold a space of compassion, confidentiality, and go on a Compassionate Inquiry as a group

The format will be the same but different things will come up in each class and we will go with that.

Do I need to move my body?

You may do and so you can make some space to do that, but some movements can be made in your seating.

Do I have to join each session?

Yes, you must be committed to the programme because each session leads to the next, then you'll get the full experience. There will be recording.
