Netwalking is coming to Llandeilo this June
It’s networking, but we'll step outside for a scenic stroll, giving people a chance to connect while walking and talking in a relaxed, natural setting.
The walk will be led by Ruth Eastwood, a Virtual Assistant who moved to Wales from Winchester six months ago, who was drawn to the area by the beautiful landscapes and opportunities to spend time in nature. Having previously run a successful netwalking group in Winchester, she is excited to bring this to Llandeilo and welcome new participants.
Why is netwalking good?
- It supports wellbeing - Fresh air and gentle exercise can noticeably lift your mood and energy levels.
- It builds genuine connections - Conversations often feel more natural when you're side-by-side rather than face-to-face.
- It’s welcoming and relaxed – No need to worry about a formal pitch; all you need are comfortable shoes and an open mind.
The walk will be at a gentle pace to ensure everyone can join in comfortably, with plenty of opportunities for deeper conversations. The focus is on chatting, sharing ideas, and enjoying a bit of time away from our usual workspaces.
